I was attempting to download a copy of the zipped PDF. There were 3 links on the page: us2.php.net, us4.php.net, and www.php.net. The us2.php.net gave me a zipped PDF with a file size different from that listed on the page (4420664 v 4420228 listed). The us4.php.net gave me an XML page and no document. If I attempted to access that link again, I was sent to a Search Functions page on php.net's site. The www.php.net link gave me a 404.

I'd still like to get a good cop of the PDF and haven't been able to.

We don't have a downloadable zipped PDF at the moment... where did you find those links?

However, when I try to reproduce the steps I took to get there, I get a 403. I find I cannot get to us2.php.net nor could I click on the main us2.php.net (Hurricane Electric) link in the mirrors list and access that site. I got a 403. They may be related (us2.php.net). 

I was out last weekend and week. My apologies for not replying sooner.

The us2 mirror had problems and very old files. Now it is fixed to have the latest content to serve our users best.
