- "http://www.php.net/zend-engine-2.php" is a link
- "http://www.hwaci.com/sw/sqlite/" is NOT a link

I think the second one should be a link, too.

I've made the link for SQLite clickable in CVS.  It will take a couple of hours to propogate.
