On the top of Polish (pl.php.net) main site I see a warning:
Warning: Failed opening 'mirrors.inc' for inclusion (include_path='.:./include:../include:../../include') in /usr/local/ApacheSSL/grych/tgr/phpweb/include/site.inc on line 6
