I'm wondering if a setting of register_globals=Warn
might be helpful in assisting people in migrating to
the more secure register_globals=Off. This is especially
true of large sites or hosting environments. Not sure
how much it would take to implement...

Yup, didn't think this would fly.

But the remark about the consulting and holding hands
was crap.
