Install the Microsoft Data Access Kit WX1350
You can find this at http://support.microsoft.com/download/support/mslfiles/Wx1350.exe
or by searching the Miscrosoft Knowledgebase for article Q159674

This also enables 32bit ODBC access to Access 2.0 databases
if you need that.
