I have some problem to compile PHP 4.0.4pl1 with Apache 2.0 alpha 9. PHP don't find httpd.h file with --with-apache directive.
I have only compiled the mySQL module.

For Apache 2.0 support you need to use --with-apxs2.
Check the sapi/apache2filter/README for help.
