At the page https://pecl.php.net/package/ps we have a link to the source code ("Browse Source").

At the moment that link points to http://svn.php.net/pecl/ps but I think it's not correct: at http://svn.php.net/pecl/ps we see that the source was last modified 5 years ago, but a new release of the extension has been published today...
