folders = directorys and is a duch word for directorys

it is not a big problem ,it wil not everybody wil understand it

This is not a translation issue, but rather what is called
directory by POSIX is called folder on Windows.  We should stick
with the proper POSIX terminology, though, especially since the
function is called mkdir.
