Description:
------------
 php-7.4.9/sapi/litespeed/lsapilib.c:2627:5: warning:inconclusive: The buffer 'achAddr' may not be null-terminated after the call to strncpy(). [terminateStrncpy]

Source code is

   strncpy( achAddr, pBind, 256 );

Suggest make sure achAddr is properly terminated with a zero byte.
