when we use --with-mcal, configure doesn't detect properly that the files cal_misc.h and icalroutines.h are not found

I used:
./co=/usr' --with-openssl --with-mm --enable-inline-optimization --with-gd --with-mysql=/usr '--with-ttf=/usr/include/freetype/freetype.h' --enable-t1lib --with-xml --enable-dbase --enable-filepro --enable-exif '--with-config-file-path=/etc/httpd/conf' --enable-calendar --with-fdftk=no --enable-debug=no --enable-magic-quotes --enable-bcmath --enable-track-vars --enable-yp--enable-safe-mode '--with-exec-dir=/usr/bin' --with-ldap --with-imap --enable-url-includes --with-pgsql --with-pspell --enable-trans-sid --enable-c9x-inline --enable-sysvshm --enable-sysvsem --enable-pic --with-regex=system --with-db2 --enable-dba=shared --with-mod_charset --with-yaz=/usr/bin --with-curl --with-mcal --with-mhash --with-snmp --enable-ucd-snmp-hack --with-java --enable-versioning --enable-wddx --enable-freetype-4bit-antialias-hack --enable-ftp --enable-sockets --with-gettext --with-recode --with-dom=/usr/lib --with-sdf=/usr/lib/sdf --with-unixODBCc
