Since PHP-5.1.12 apcu_dec() and apcu_inc() expect an optional 4th parameter.
It is described in the parameters section, but it is missing in the description section.
It is not mentionned in the documentation but according the source code it should be an integer.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
