Description:
------------
Hi there,

I know PHP are using cURL 7.64.0 and are blocked to upgrade to 7.64.1 (or later)

But can I request to merge this change to current cURL lib PHP are using.

https://github.com/curl/curl/commit/aabc7ae

Otherwise enable CURLOPT_VERBOSE will generate tons or useless log like:

* Expire in 0 ms for 1 (transfer 0x258925aee70)

The current status is that PHP 7.2.23 and 7.3.10 will be released
with a curl 7.64.0 (patched with security fixes), and I'm
confident that bug #78100 which blocks upgrading to latest curl
will be resolved soon, so I'm closing this ticket.
