Description:
------------
In any documentation page have a link on the top for "php[world] 2019 — 25 years of PHP" but, the target (https://www.php.net/p.net/index.php#id2019-07-17-1) not working.

I think that correct target is https://sessionize.com/phpworld-2019/

Test script:
---------------
Open the https://www.php.net/docs.php page and then click on link php[world] 2019 — 25 years of PHP

The same problem that denisbr at gmail dot com descibes still exists in this page--

https://php.net/manual/en/mysqli.real-escape-string.php

link to "php[world] 2019 — 25 years of PHP" is getting redirected to (https://www.php.net/manual/en/conferences/index.php#id2019-07-17-1) which says "Not Found"
