Description:
------------
Modern browsers now support a new CSS 'position': sticky. This allows elements to "stick" to (near) the edges of the view-port while users scroll. This is particularly useful for headings and footers.

Given the length of some of the tables produced by `phpinfo()`, I would like to see this property applied to relevant table headers. This will increase usability for supporting browsers, while loosing nothing for browsers that do not support the property.

For more details, including a working demo, see:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/position

For browser support, see:
https://caniuse.com/#feat=css-sticky

Test script:
---------------
<?php phpinfo();
