Description:
------------
1. Document the process in which PHP handles POST file uploads:

* Does it receive the entire request first?
* How does it chunk request body into files?
* How does it populate the $_FILES variable?

2. Document the process in which PHP handles PUT file uploads:

* Does it receive the header first, and let the script read the request body?
* Can it receive query string in $_GET variable?

Isn't the existing documentation[1] sufficient?
