Description:

$db->query("Select XMLCOLTEST from TABLETEST"); 
var_dump($query->fetch());


The result is that XMLCOLTEST will always be NULL even if there is data in it. 
This issue does not occur in the native php driver db2_*** functions. 


Expected result:
----------------
The expected result is that the column should not be NULL.
