Description:
------------
php.net documentation for exif_imagetype() lists return values 1-17, but webp images return 18.

Test script:
---------------
php -r "echo exif_imagetype('foobar.jpg');" // where 'foobar.jpg' is really a webp image type rather than a jpg.

Propose that an extra line be added to the documentation at:
php.net/manual/en/function.exif-imagetype.php

suggestion:
after:
"17	IMAGETYPE_ICO"
something like:
"18	IMAGETYPE_WEBP"

Log: add IMAGETYPE_WEBP to exif_imagetypes() constants list (doc bug #75657)

This was introduced in 7.1.0, and a changelog entry already exists
on the page but the constant was not added to the list.
