Hello,
I spent 2 days to find out that the PECL Solr extension under PHP7 on Windows10 (x86, non-thread-safe) cannot be loaded since ssh2 is not found.
When checking your PECL download site I can only find DLLs that work with PHP5 but not yet PHP7 (version 1.0).

Please kindly supply the DLLs for PHP7.
My development project is on hold until I get the ssh2 and solr extensions running... :-(
