Description:
------------
Failure when compiling the pdo_informix. After spending time reading and looking for solution, I guess its because the pdo_informix is not supported in PHP7 and need a porting for this extension.

I compiled it just fine in PHP5.6.

Expected result:
----------------
Can compile and install pdo_informix in PHP7
