Description:

Initializing a DateTime Object with german umlauts results in an internal server error.

Test script:

$date = new \DateTime('Höhle');

Expected result:

Failed to parse time string exception

Actual result:

HTTP Error 500.0 Internal Server Error
The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly
Error code: 0x000000ff
