Latest lua 1.1.0 packege has only one dependense: PHP 5.1.0 or newer(https://pecl.php.net/package/lua/1.1.0)

Unfortunately I got this error:
# pecl install lua
pecl/lua requires PHP (version >= 5.1.0, version <= 5.4.0), installed version is 5.4.20

Newer releases of pecl/lua have fixed this issue, pecl/lua 2.0+ seems to now only support PHP7+
