Description:
------------
The link to the homepage of WinBinder on its PECL page[1] is
broken. WinBinder is now on <http://winbinder.org/>.

Furthermore, the latest releases 2010.10.01 and 2010.10.14 are not
listed under "Available Releases".

It's up to the maintainer, Rubem, to maintain the PECL status of the package.

Winbinder hasn't been active for many many years, if you or anyone else wishes to take maintenance of the package on, get in contact with Rubem. If that fails, then join #php.pecl on EFNet and make noise, have patches prepared and I'm sure someone will grant you access.

Try Rubem first.

Due to this extension not seeing any activity since 2010, this issue will not be fixed. We are therefore closing this now.
