On this page: http://php.undmedlibrary.org/manual/fi/function.bbcode-parse.php reports in the dropdown to change one's language that it is in English and for the most part is.  

In the return values 'Palauttaa TRUE onnistuessaan, muutoin FALSE.' instead of 'Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.'  Though I now reconize the '/fi/' in the url I was a tad confused when I started to come across more and more Finish on 'English' pages.

Reported error occurred on unofficial php.net mirror. Moreover it is down now (HTTP 403). Such situation can happen because language was specified in the URI (manual/fi/) and "English" selected as current option in a dropdown list is just a visual bug.
