Package "oggvorbis" Version "0.2" does not have REST xml available
Cannot initialize 'oggvorbis-beta', invalid or missing package file
Package "oggvorbis-beta" is not valid
install failed


Test script:
---------------
# pecl install oggvorbis

Expected result:
----------------
should install oggvorbis

Actual result:
--------------
# pecl install oggvorbis-beta
Package "oggvorbis" Version "0.2" does not have REST xml available
Cannot initialize 'oggvorbis-beta', invalid or missing package file
Package "oggvorbis-beta" is not valid
install failed
