Compile fails with 
gd.c: line 806 symbol gd_globals undefined

The similar looking funxtions above and below have a line
	GDLS_FETCH();
which I inserted. Now it compiles. Couldnot test it yet, because now other compile failures show up.

This should be fixed with PHP 4.0.3. 
If you still have this same problem with it, please reopen this bug report.
