Description:
------------
Assign a directory of PHP extensions on the server. Extensions which contain functions of PHP scripts that can be called when my server called a script. Ability to enumerate a path or paths where PHP functions will search for files when a script calls some functions. Php server capacity to separate directory paths by a colon (:) in a linux system * or a semicolon (;) in the environment Apache2 a2enmod. (For example:. :/ :/ Example/path1 example/path2).

Test script:
---------------
<?php

/* This assume that www.example.com is configured to parse .php
* by www.example.com as PHP
include_path = ".;/home/angosson/php/pear"
open_basedir = "/var/www/htdocs/:/var/www/tmp/"
include 'http://www.exemple.com/vars.text?index=1&index=2';
$index = 1;
$index = 2;
$index = 3;
include 'index.txt/';
include 'index.php/';
include 'index1.php/';
include 'index2.php/';
include 'index3.php/';
?>

Expected result:
----------------
[<?php
$file = fopen ("http://exemple.net:2082/cpsess9609418140/frontend/x3/filemanager/index.html?dirselect=webroot&domainselect=exemple.net&dir=%2Fhome%2Fangosson%2Fpublic_html&showhidden=1&saveoption=1", "r");
if (!$file) {
    echo "<p>Unable to open remote file.\n";
    exit;
}
while (!feof ($file)) {
    $line = fgets ($file, 1024);
    /* This only works if the title and its tags are on one line */
    if (preg_match ("@\<title\>(.*)\</title\>@i", $line, $out)) {
        $title = $out[1];
        break;
    }
}
php5_extension_dir not work when I use 'httpd.conf' file to configure php5.

        if (cfg_get_string("extension_dir",&php5_ini.extension_dir)==SUCCESS &&
php5_ini.extension_dir)
fclose($file);
?>]

Actual result:
--------------
Because this member is cleared on functions/dl.c about line90.
