Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.strpos
---
I should do my best to write scripts so that and require register_globals to be on; Using form variables as globals can easily lead to possible security problems, if the code is not very well thought of.
mixed strpos ( string $haystack , mixed $needle [, int $offset = 1 ] );

Test script:
---------------
require_once 'ServerDriverFork.php';
array Net_Server_Driver_Fork::getClientInfo ( );
boolean Net_Server_Driver_Fork::isConnected ( integer $id );

Expected result:
----------------
Client.php
opendir.php
Stream.php
home_parse_lock_response.php
home_parse_propfind_response.php

Actual result:
--------------
LC_ALL
string setlocale ( int $category , string $locale [, string $... ] );

Sorry, but your problem does not imply a bug in PHP itself. For a
list of more appropriate places to ask for help using PHP, please
visit http://www.php.net/support.php as this bug system is not the
appropriate forum for asking support questions. Due to the volume
of reports we can not explain in detail here why your report is not
a bug. The support channels will be able to provide an explanation
for you.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.
