2. Download the help file "php_enhanced_zh.chm" and then open it.
3. Waiting for generating index file.
4. Click the "Index" tab.
5. Drag the scrollbar to the bottom.

Expected result:

 - multibyte fulltext search did not work.
 - index was garbled in Chinese Simplified locale.
