at version eio 1.2.3 dont any reaction to eio events at libevent with fd = 
eio_get_event_stream() and callbacks dont work, but at version 0.5.0 all works.

Test script:
---------------
$eiofd = eio_get_event_stream();


event_set($event2, $eiofd, EV_READ | EV_PERSIST, "my_eio_poll", array($event2, $base));
event_base_set($event2, $base);
event_add($event2);

Kinda "libevent" ext. issue. What about "event" extension:
