Description:
------------

Directives max_input_nesting_level and max_input_vars should be removed from the table "File Uploads Configuration Options" on the page titled "Description of core php.ini directives".

http://www.php.net/manual/en/ini.core.php

Note that explanations of these directives do not appear under the table. They appropriately appear on the page titled "Runtime configuration" for the "PHP Options/Info" extension.

They are relevant at both places in the manual.
