Like my previous report, my editor will catch 'declareQueue', and not the old method. Is this new method with the same purpose?

The declare() methods for AMQPQueue and AMQPExchange were changed to
declareQueue() and declareExchange(), respectively. The actual methods continue
to perform the same job.

The documentation could do with being updated with information on when this
change occurred.

The AMQP docs have gone the way of the dojo, unfortunately.

Dodo! Dojos are definitely still around, unlike the AMQP docs and dodos.
