Description:
------------
I was about to report a documentation issue for json_decode involving parameters
differences between 5.3 and 5.4 but i did a quick search and the bug was already
reported(see: https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=62263), still, the documentation
wasn't adapted/changed.

The documentation must mention PHP 5.4.x instead of 5.2.0.

#62263 was essentially about the function's changelog not mentioning $options. Now
it does.

What bug are you reporting?
