Description:
------------
For example, < to <, > to >, et cetera. Similar in nature to #46667.

Expected result:
----------------
Limited sanity. You know, like the majority of us who work here.

Actual result:
--------------
Overly sane. It scares me. It's just not normal.

For the record, what this is doing is killing the email storage containers on
mirror maintenance, and mangling notes, events, and mirror records, among other
things.

Once again, thank me for reporting this issue. It was resolved last week, and
things are once again back to normal.

The word on the street is that the changes broke git key syncing, probably by
doing something weird.

cataphract@ atleast complained he can no longer use git checkouts over ssh.

Thanks for reminding me and reopening this.

Patched that and fixed the five keys that were affected during the period of time
that the filters were munging everything.

Let's keep this bug open for a few days in case there's anything else I've
missed.
