Description:
------------
i would suggest not breaking BC totally because this tells users "do not use it in your projects if they have to be supported over years"

> This is to become v2 of the known pecl_http extension.
> It is completely incompatible to previous version.
> Try it, or let it be. If you are not sure,
> let it be. Really.

You know, there's a time in a project's life, where you have
to step back and rethink a lot of decisions made in the past.

I think it's this time for pecl_http. Did you try it yet? You
are very welcome to make suggestions to improve this
extension.

Thank you.
