Description:
------------
The changes made to the ZE in this revision[1] require
changes to be made to Cairo and the way it initialises object
properties.

Reproduce code:
---------------
With PHP trunk and Cairo trunk

phpize && ./configure && make

Expected result:
----------------
Clean and sexy (somewhat like myself) install.

Actual result:
--------------
?zend_class_entry? has no member named ?default_properties?
errors for cairo_*.c files.
