Description:
------------
During the compilation the compiler errors out with the following error message.

/root/gdchart-0.2.0/gdchart-src/gdchart.c:1000: error: too few arguments to function 'php_gd_gdImageCreateFromJpeg'

GD is enabled with php and the phpinfo shows the following:

GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0.34 compatible)

Reproduce code:
---------------
1. PHP was installed with gd enabled.
2. Copied all the gd header files from the default location of php (in my case : /usr/local/include/php/ext/gd/libgd) to gdchart-src in the gdchart-0.2.0 folder.
3. When trying to compile gdcharts, I am hitting the following error:
# make
...
...
/root/gdchart-0.2.0/gdchart-src/gdchart.c: In function 'GDC_out_graph':
/root/gdchart-0.2.0/gdchart-src/gdchart.c:1000: error: too few arguments to function 'php_gd_gdImageCreateFromJpeg'
make: *** [gdchart-src/gdchart.lo] Error 1

The GDChart extension appears to be unmaintained, so I'm
suspending this ticket.
