Description:
------------
parsekit is failing to compile a file where I extend an internal class (extending Exception, I believe).

Fatal error: parsekit_compile_string(): Unable to remove pollution from function table: Found ZEND_INTERNAL_FUNCTION where ZEND_USER_FUNCTION was expected. in /home/rckenned/devel/yahoo/f11/rocket/php/yahoo_ws_container/tools/verify_files.php on line 20

Reproduce code:
---------------
Create a file named test_file.php:

<?php

class FooException extends Exception {
    function foof() {
        print("foof");
    }
}

?>

Create a separate file named test_parsekit.php:

<?php

parsekit_compile_file("test_file.php");

?>

Expected result:
----------------
Expected it to succeed.

Actual result:
--------------
Fatal error: parsekit_compile_file(): Unable to remove pollution from function table: Found ZEND_INTERNAL_FUNCTION where ZEND_USER_FUNCTION was expected. in /home/rckenned/devel/yahoo/f11/rocket/php/yahoo_ws_container/test_parsekit.php on line 3

Call Stack:
    0.0005   1. {main}() /home/rckenned/devel/yahoo/f11/rocket/php/yahoo_ws_container/test_parsekit.php:0
    0.0006   2. parsekit_compile_file() /home/rckenned/devel/yahoo/f11/rocket/php/yahoo_ws_container/test_parsekit.php:3

Thank you for taking the time to report a problem with PHP.
Unfortunately you are not using a current version of PHP --
the problem might already be fixed. Please download a new
PHP version from http://www.php.net/downloads.php

If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest
versions of PHP, please change the PHP version on this bug report
to the version you tested and change the status back to "Open".
Again, thank you for your continued support of PECL.

This works properly for me on 5.2.6 + parsekit-HEAD.

Please reopen if this persists for you.
