Description:
------------
Would be nice if support for binding binary strings were added. Currently needing to store SHA1 keys and prefer to store them as binary (20 bytes which I don't think qualifies as a large object) as opposed to any other encoding.

SQL Standard specifies that binary strings should be in hexadecimal and preceded by an X such like..

X'0123456789abdef'

There maybe a case for 2 methods/options/ways, one where the value needs to be converted to hexdecimal first, and when the value is already in hexdecimal (like the return value from sha1($foo) )
