Description:
------------
Apache 2.0.55 gets stuck when activating APC 3.0.9DEV (http://pecl4win.php.net/download.php/ext/5_1/5.1.2/php_apc.dll) with default settings on PHP 5.1.2.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php

phpinfo();

?>

Expected result:
----------------
Complete output of phpinfo();

Actual result:
--------------
Apache stops delivery of the output of phpinfo() after sending the _ENV["PATH"]-value to the Browser. _ENV["PATHEXT"]-value is not displayed. _ENV["PATHEXT"] on my system contains ".COM;.EXE;.BAT;.CMD;.VBS;.VBE;.JS;.JSE;.WSF;.WSH".
This is only an example, other Applications are affected, too. Request entry of the concerned file is in Apache's access_log, no Entries in error_log. After Apache gets stuck, no static or php-file is served anymore, the browser stays in "loading"-state.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PECL better.
