Description:
------------
When viewing the manual in Opera 7.23 for Windows the content in the sidebars are vertically aligned in the middle of the page. Ouch.

This patch fixes the problem and moves the formatting from the elements to style.css for easier control.

Thanks.

Hehe I was going to to things like this evenutally i.e. move most of the stuff to stylesheet :)
Btw. I/We/Those who want should soon start testing the site all the IE family being used (5.0 5.5 and 6.0) and do the nessecery CSS "hacks" so it works almost identical in all those browsers + of course the rest of the browsers (opera, firefox and etc.)

Though we should mostly focus on IE and Gecko browsers since they are most widely used, is Opera used that much btw. ?

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pear.php.net.

In case this was a pear.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PEAR better.
