Description:
------------
I didn't have php-doc karma and tried to login at the following url:
https://edit.php.net/?project=PHP&perm=en/phar.running.php

I got the following error:
> You haven't good Karma for the chosen language. Your Current karma is :
> gtk/php-gtk-web, gtk/php-gtk-doc, gtk/php-gtk, gtk/php-gtk-doc,
> phd, web/doc, web/doc-editor, SVNROOT/pear_avail

I would have expected that I can use the editor and submit the patch for review.

There is no longer the need to use edit.php.net (maybe except for
translators); instead, submitting pull requests[1] is preferred
now. So this ticket is obsolete.
