If the test script I have supplied is run from the command line in windows, a popup window appears with the following message.

'CLI has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience'

If the test script I have supplied is run from a web browser (Firefox 5.0), a similar popup window appears informing that

'Apache HTTP Server has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience'
