    * ltrim() - 文字列の最初から空白 (もしくはその他の文字) を取り除く
    * rtrim() - 文字列の最後から空白 (もしくは他の文字) を削除する

その他の文字 and 他の文字 is same meaning.
取り除く and 削除する is same meaning too(on this sentence).


I think better then orignal Document.
    * ltrim() - 文字列の最初から空白 (もしくはその他の文字) を取り除く
    * rtrim() - 文字列の最後から空白 (もしくはその他の文字) を取り除く

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
