there's README.JPN and readme.jpn which make the repository could not be checked 
out on operating systems with case-insensitive file system.

Please delete one of them.

This doesn't appear to be an issue within the PHP source trees; only
within the gd source tree, which is a separate project (even though
it's hosted on svn.php.net). Please open a ticket at bugs.libgd.org.
