SQLDATETIME and SQLDATETIM4 seem to not be supported by the MSSQL extension. I 
don't see any reason why they shouldn't be. The constant is already supported in 
other parts of php_mssql.c but just not in the function that defines 
mssql_bind().

It is also not in the Predefined Constants list here: 
http://us2.php.net/manual/en/mssql.constants.php
