I wanted to download php_memcache-cvs-20090703-5.3-VC6-x86.zip. I am using apache 2.2.x, and php vc6 TS. So I wanted to download compatible memcache, which I couldnt find in the downloads section of the website.

That's not a PHP bug but a PECL's memcache request (to get VC6 binaries).
