The above methods appear to be missing in the TOC on the left.  To put another way, these methods are referenced in the documentation here, but are otherwise undocumented as to their exact purpose.  This almost leads me to believe they do not exist (which would present other issues).

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

Fixed, the reason behind this is because they are Tidy1 procedural functions and was made obsolete in Tidy2 thrus not existing in the PHP binary anymore.
