Description:
------------
There are references to winnt and windows 98 in your FAQ. These are probably
deprecated years ago.

And what does thread safe versus non thread safe mean in your download
instructions. I suspect I know, but I see nothing noting the nomenclature on the
site. most windows downloads don't mention this. They say either 32 bit or 64 bit

The Windows 98 and WinNT references should remain as the older versions of PHP thats still documented in the manual supports them (even PHP 5.2.x supports Windows 98).

The Thread Safety issue can be debated, so changed to a website issue instead

The FAQ are in the documentations, not part of the website.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

The FAQ have been updated to reflect some information about Thread Safety.
