Description:
------------
I have loaded the files into the hosting server and after 24 hours of propagation, I was able to view the pages successfully.

However today when I was accessing the pages, I encountered the following error message:

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01E8ACB2

Could anyone advice me if this could be coding or server related problems?

Thanks

Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a short but complete example script to be able to reproduce
this bug ourselves.

A proper reproducing script starts with <?php and ends with ?>,
is max. 10-20 lines long and does not require any external
resources such as databases, etc. If the script requires a
database to demonstrate the issue, please make sure it creates
all necessary tables, stored procedures etc.

Please avoid embedding huge scripts into the report.

this bug reporting system is designed for some one to file a bug against PHP
engine . I guess, u need to create a crash dump when this issue happened and find
out if this issue is related to u r php application or php engine.
