Description:
------------
Currently, there is no official documentation of PHP's internals. There is an incomplete documentation at http://php.net/internals2.

This needs to be finished.

We don't need a ticket for it.
The priority is obviously to document the end-user experience, not the
internals.

Johannes is currently writing couple of internals chapters, but this is
a major task and something that will never finish.
